Have you heard of Al Hallak? If not, you likely will soon
Burbank, Calif. – After years of hard work, many directors and producers find themselves on the verge of fame and great success. That’s the point where Al Hallak is now.
The success of his projects speak for themselves. The sci-fi thriller “The Paradigm,” which he directed, earned several prestigious honors, including The Award of Excellence at the 2010 LA Movie awards. Hallak is currently working on several exciting films. Although they include a variety of genres, the common thread among them all is exceptional storytelling, attention to detail and fantastic cinematography.
“I always try to be very diligent and conscientiousness in my films,” said Hallak. “It is important for me to use gripping storylines to create a genuine experience for audiences.” His latest production, Injunctions, is poised to be a hit. The story centers on a police detective who lets his personal feelings for a woman get in the way as he investigates a drug dealing operation.
“Sometimes innocence ends up meaning nothing,” said Hallak. “This action-packed crime thriller seeks to show the good in people even though their actions are defined by society as ‘bad.’ Everyone has some degree of goodness inside.”
Hallak has more than 10 years of directing experience and an academic background that is almost unheard of in the industry. He has earned a Bachelor of Science in Multimedia and a Master’s degree in Filmmaking.
In addition, Hallak is a faculty member at the New York Film Academy and the International Academy of Film and Television in Los Angeles. He is a proud member of the Burbank Chamber of Commerce as well.
